Judeline Nicholas

Judeline works with organisations to enrich opportunities to develop their people to be the best they can be. With over 30 years' experience of supporting clients in public, private and charitable sectors, she provides consultancy services and courses in the UK and US. Her passion is People Skills with her niche being - equity, diversity, and inclusion matters: reviewing policy and working practices, designing, and facilitating learning programmes, and drawing on her experiences as a Lay Panel Member of Employment Tribunals (Discrimination). Judeline was highly commended for her work on EDI by the Institute of Directors, is an IoD Ambassador for Diversity and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She also coaches C-Suite, Boards, and aspiring leaders through challenging conversations to achieve their personal and business aspirations. Judeline chairs the Norfolk Race Equality and Human Rights Council and recently chaired a husting for the Police and Crime Commissioner elections. She is also a Trustee for a group of academies and a school governor. Why she does this? Judeline believes in "Accentuating the Positive and Releasing the potential" …. and she does exactly that.
