Ingrid Tennessee

Ingrid Tennessee is a Charity & Third Sector Leader for over 20 years. She is the CEO at Quo Vadis Trust, GBCA 2021 Regional Employer Winner, and current Trustee at the NCVO Trustee. Ingrid's wealth of experience includes past positions as Councillor at Sevenoaks District, Special Constable with the Met Police, and SLaM Public Governor. Ingrid is also in the final semester of a year-long Senior Executive black female leadership course, SOLARIS. She has a strong focus on reciprocity in business, volunteer engagement, and remuneration, promoting love-based leadership in organisations, and inclusivity in talent acquisition and retention. Ingrid embraces an asset-based approach to all facets of life.
