Lou Walker is a Customer Experience Manager within HSBC UK's Financial Inclusion and Vulnerability team. She has had an extensive career spanning 21 years with HSBC UK, where she has held a number of roles which have taken her around the world and back. Lou has pioneered some remarkable projects during her time with HSBC UK, including the Survivor Bank Initiative and now the No Fixed Address programme, delivered in partnership with Shelter. Lou is a true trailblazer and has sought out a career path where she has made a huge impact on society through financial inclusion.
